Keystone Innovative Staffing Solutions connects independent Medical Assistant contractors with healthcare facilities seeking surgical coordination and clinical support services in interventional pain management settings.

This is a contractor opportunity, not employment. Contractors are engaged on a per-assignment basis to provide services directly to third-party healthcare facilities. Keystone Innovative Staffing Solutions acts solely as a referral and administrative intermediary and does not supervise or control services performed.

Contractors retain full discretion to accept or decline any assignment and are not obligated to accept ongoing work.

Nature of Services

Contractors may provide coordination-based and clinical support services within healthcare facilities performing minimally invasive procedures such as epidural injections, nerve blocks, and spinal cord stimulator trials.

Services are performed directly for the healthcare facility and are responsive to real-time operational conditions within that facility during an accepted assignment.

Scope of Services

Depending on the specific assignment and facility requirements, services may include:

  • Coordinating patient intake activities, including documentation of vitals, medical history updates, and pain score tracking
  • Supporting procedural readiness through preparation of sterile trays, instruments, and equipment
  • Providing non-supervisory assistance during procedures, including coordination with facility personnel
  • Coordinating instrument processing and maintaining sterile field readiness in accordance with facility protocols
  • Supporting patient recovery processes, including observation and communication of post-procedure status
  • Coordinating administrative functions such as documentation completeness and communication with pharmacies

Contractors determine the manner and method by which services are performed, subject to facility access requirements, applicable law, and credentialing standards.

Facility Environment Acknowledgment

Contractors acknowledge that healthcare facilities may establish requirements relating to patient safety, scheduling coordination, and operational integration. Such requirements originate from the facility and do not constitute supervision or control by Keystone Innovative Staffing Solutions.
